We understand how important the War Memorial Hall is to the many clubs, organisations, and community groups that use it, and we recognise that any future closure will require advance planning.

Our goal is to work closely with affected groups to minimise disruption and support the continuation of activities throughout the upgrade period.

To help us understand your needs and begin identifying suitable temporary accommodation options, we ask that you complete the Current Hall Users Response Form below.

  • Typical and maximum participant numbers

  • Space, equipment, and storage requirements

  • Accessibility and parking needs

  • The relative importance of location, facility size, and availability

  • Any flexibility you may have regarding venue, days, or times

  • Any other requirements we should consider

  • Any arrangements you have already made, or relocation options you have considered
